The judge of the 100th Precinct of Campos dos Goytacazes, Xed Silva de Oliveira, accused the former Governor of Rio de Janeiro, Anthony Garotinho and his son Richard having offered, Wladimir through third parties, R$ the 5 million people known by the judge to avoid arrest. The lawyer for the family of little boy, Fernando Augusto Fernandes, reported that the defense will represent against the judge for the crime of slanderous termination.
